1-3 Ring Binder (1” is best, but any size will suffice, color doesn’t matter)
1-5 Pack dividers (You only need 4 Dividers….but they come in packs of 5)
#2 Pencils (no pens please)
BOOK COVER-MANTATORY AT ALL TIMES

1nd Hour-1 Box Baby Wipes
3th Hour-1 Box Kleenex
4th Hour-1 Box #2 Pencils
6th Hour-2 Dry Erase Markers
7th Hour-1 Pack Notebook Paper
-A 20 point bonus will be awarded for four new tennis balls.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN
1. Be considerate, courteous, and respectful to ALL members and visitors of the class.
2. Raise your hand and wait for permission to speak or leave your seat.
3. Listen and follow ALL directions the first time given.
4. Bring all needed materials and completed assignments to class,
If students choose to not conform to the rules, the following consequences will be administered:
1. Verbal Warning.
2. Note Home/Essay Assigned. Parent signature required!
3. Detention assigned. Parent-teacher conference requested.
4. Referred to the office.
NOTE: Habitual and/or severe problems will be sent IMMEDIATELY to the office!
Students that choose to conform to the rules will be rewarded in the following ways:
1. Praise.
2. Treats.
3. Prizes.
4. Free time (educational movie, educational games, etc.)
